The paper’s title and the abstract (no longer than 150 words) should be in English. They should be sent by filling in a registration form, which can be found at the address:

Requirements for the papers

▪ Maximum number of papers – 1 (one) individual and 1 (one) in co-authorship.
Additional papers will be charged with extra fee.

▪ The full text of the paper should be no longer than 10 pages;
▪ Formats of the pages – А4;
▪ The pages should not be numbered;
▪ The paper should be submitted in .DOCX format of Microsoft Word;
▪ No papers in a presentation (slide) format will be accepted.
▪ Papers which fail to meet the listed requirements will not be published.

All accepted papers will be published in electronic proceedings volume, (ISSN 2535-0781) and will be with free access on the website of the conference: https://events.vfu.bg/arcive/en . The authors of published scientific papers preserve their author’s rights.

The fee includes:
- Attendance to all conference sessions and presentations
- Presentation of a single paper
- Publication of the paper in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN 2535-0781), registered in The National Reference List of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications
- Coffee breaks during the conference
- Gala dinner **
**Accompanying persons fee, including co-authors – 80 €

NON-ATTENDANCE PARTICIPATION FEE – 120 €

The fee includes:
- Publication of the paper in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN 2535-0781), registered in The National Reference List of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications
- Participation in Poster Session

NOTE:
- All of the submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and selected papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding
- The registration fee does not include accommodation, transportation and bank transfer costs.
