Requirements to the papers
-
- Maximum number of papers – 1 (one) individual and 1 (one) in co-authorship. Additional papers shall be charged with extra fee.
- The full text of the paper should be no longer than 10 pages;
- Formats of the pages – А4;
- the pages should not be numbered;
- the text should be written in .DOC format of Microsoft Word 2003/2007;
- No papers in a presentation (slide) format will be accepted.
- Papers which fail to meet the listed requirements will not be published.

All abstracts of the approved reports will be published in a compendium, and the full-text reports will be published in electronic version. All reports will be published on the Conference website: http://events.vfu.bg/conf-af-2019. The authors of the published scientific articles retain all copyright over their scientific work.
Fees
The conference fee is 90€, for doctoral students – 30€. The fee includes 1 (one) individual paper and 1 (one) paper in co-authorship, a volume with abstracts and a CD with the proceedings volume, the coffee breaks and the official cocktail party.
Every additional paper costs 30€.
The fee for a company stall and presentation is 300€.
The fee for a company stall or presentation is 150€.
Any accompanying person shall pay a fee of 60€ which includes the coffee breaks and the official cocktail party.
The fee for one workshop is 60€. Materials, coffee breaks and a certificate are included in the fee. VFU students take part free of charge.

If payment is made after 30 April 2019 (to take part in the conference)
and after 20 May 2019 (to take part in a workshop) or at the time of registration (cash) the fees shall be increased by 10%.
